Why should I use a Nanny Agency?
Using a nanny agency will save you time and money, advertising yourself will mean you may have hundreds of applicants most of whom may be unsuitable or inexperienced.
Leaving the initial vetting of applicants to High Profile Nannies will take the stress out of finding a nanny. We will only send you the profiles of the most suitable nannies making it easier for you to choose the best nanny for the job.
Our placement fee is only payable when a successful candidate is appointed.
How we work
Once we have received your request for a nanny or governess you will be asked to fill in a registration form and to sign and return our terms and conditions. We will then contact you directly to discuss your specific requirements. We will then email you suitable candidate profiles that match your requirements.
Next Step - Interviews We will organise interviews with the candidates that you have selected. This can be in person or on skype. After the nanny/governess has be chosen we recommend a 1-2 week trial period to make sure the nanny/governess suits your family.
Contract
Once you have chosen a nanny and decided to offer her the job, we can offer you a sample contract which you can edit to your own requirements. Once the Nanny has accepted the position, she will be employed by the family.
After placement
After a nanny has commenced employment with you we will follow-up to check all is working well with your new nanny. We are pleased to offer after placement support and a 6 month nanny replacement should this be required.
Typical Nanny Governess Salaries:
For a full time live in Nanny in Zurich, Geneva, Switzerland: £600-900pw
For a full time live in Nanny overseas: £600-1200 per week
For a Governess Tutor: £700-1500 per week
Salaries depend on a nanny's experience and qualifications, the number of children taken care of, the country and the working hours requested.
